Erney, St
The church of St Erney is a small edifice of stone of the 14th and 15th centuries, in the Early English and Later styles, consisting of chancel, nave, north aisles, north and south porches and a low embattled western tower containing 3 bells, of which the treble bears an invocation to the Virgin in Old English letters, the second is dated 1671, the tenor is plain;; the church was restored in 1872 at a cost of about £400, and has 150 sittings. The register is incorporated with that of Landrake.
