Parish Church of:
Gorran Haven
Here is an ancient chapel in the Late Tudor style, supposed to have been built by the Bodrugan family about the middle of the 15th century: it is a rectangular building of stone, with a curious and interesting pentagonal tower, and was restored in 1885, at a cost of nearly £600, under the direction of Mr. J.P. St. Aubyn, as a honorary architect: the east window is the work of the Rev. W. Willimot M.A. vicar of Quethiock 1878-88: the building has been conveyed by the Earl of Mount Edgcumbe to the Ecclesiastical Commissioners.
